Job Title: HR Ops Manager
Energystore is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Manager to lead their HR service, focusing on the Northern Ireland region.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage all HR administration tasks with accuracy and compliance.
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including contracts, checks, and onboarding.
* Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing expert advice and support.
* Coach managers on employee relations and provide ongoing feedback.
* Maintain HR systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee information and payroll data.
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across HR processes, including Right to Work and National Living Wage.
* Collaborate with the Head of HR on exciting projects and deliver impactful training.
* Foster a positive and proactive work environment through engaging communications.
Requirements
* CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) or a desire to work towards this qualification.
* Strong understanding of employee relations processes and NI employment law.
* Exceptional communication skills to connect with colleagues at all levels.
* Diplomatic and sensitive approach, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
* Outstanding attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Share Point.
* Full driving licence, as weekly travel across the NI region to all three sites will be required.
