Your new role Your new role will be within the finance department, reporting to a variety of senior accountants who oversee various processes and revenue streams within the facility and firm, as well as the Head of Finance on-site. The role will be heavily focused on the 'nuts and bolts' of financial and GL accounting, including but not limited to producing month end management accounts, statutory reporting, filing returns, co-ordinating with AP/AR, liaising with internal and external audits. Due to the varied nature of the role, you will gain exposure across the wider business including to the cost and manufacturing accounting processes, financial analysis, commercial accounting and business partnering as the role develops and expands. What you'll need to succeed You must be a fully qualified accountant through a recognised professional body (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with 1-2 years PQE. The role is ideal for someone coming from practice and is seeking their first role in industry as you will be exposed to and get a great foundation to the basics of financial accounting as well as working in a multinational manufacturing environment. This role is also open to more experienced candidates who are looking to build experience in the manufacturing industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent attention-to-detail are essential in this role as is the ability to work well individually and as part of a wider structure.
