Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient PMs and corrective maintenance.
* Monitor, implement, and maintain processes to increase productivity.
* Develop and manage KPIs and metrics relating to engineering services (and production as required).
* Administer and manage departmental POs.
* Work closely with Production Planners to arrange required downtime for maintenance activities.
* Implement required changes to Maximo system as per procedure.
* Write and manage departmental procedures.
* Schedule planned activities for process technicians.
* Assess and highlight any potential issues with PM completion to relevant parties.
* Provide necessary training on Maximo to new starters.
* Produce reports on maintenance activities, both planned and ad hoc.
* Provide KPIs, trending activities, and present at site meetings.
Requirements
* Efficiently use Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint essential).
* Level 8 (honours degree) in engineering or related.
* Experience with Maximo a distinct advantage.
* Maintenance experience desirable.
* Experience in a regulated environment essential.
