The HRIT Analyst will leverage skills in analysis, configuration, and diverse Information Services disciplines, including architecture, security, and service delivery.
As a business point of contact, you will work independently to support defined groups within our function.
AccountabilitiesCollaborate with HR Experts: Work alongside internal and external HR subject matter experts to define requirements, recommend, and implement approved solutions.Knowledge Transfer: Lead both formal and informal training sessions to educate business users on system deployment and functionality.Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek improvement opportunities and participate in new feature reviews to provide technical guidance.Streamlining Solutions: Convert complex business challenges into simple, effective technology solutions.Release Management: Support release management, identify relevant enhancements, and assess impacts on downstream systems.Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with HR stakeholders to anticipate issues and deliver prompt support.Problem Analysis: Formulate hypotheses to address usability, process, functional, and data issues.Community Participation: Engage in Communities of Practice, such as Business Functional Analysis and Design Related Communities.Core Responsibilities:Data Requirement Gathering: Conduct workshops focused on data mapping, transformation, and planning with stakeholders and technical teams.Technology Solution Architecture: Collaborate closely to apply data architecture principles supporting the proposed architectures.System Configuration: Lead configuration efforts for Eightfold's Talent Intelligence Platform, including Talent Acquisition and Management modules.Data Migration and Integration: Design solutions using JSON and XML to ensure successful technical delivery.API Support: Facilitate data integrations via APIs and employ ETL using Python when necessary.Best Practices Enforcement: Ensure quality delivery through sound data migration and integration practices.Trusted Advisory Role: Serve as a reliable advisor to clients and colleagues.Communications and Collaboration: Effectively communicate complex concepts and foster creative, prescriptive thinking.Leadership in Data Projects: Guide data migration/integration projects and unit testing efforts.Technical Documentation: Prepare and complete necessary documentation for successful project closure.Essential Skills/ExperienceDemonstrated experience supporting recruiting or talent management systems or experience with ERP systems.Strong inter-personal skills to cultivate authentic business relationships and overcome challenges collaboratively.Proficient verbal and written communication capabilities.Beneficial Experience: Workday recruitment and/or Eightfold, technical implementations of PeopleSoft, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HRIS/ATS systems.Solid understanding of service-oriented architecture, common integration design patterns, and scripting languages such as Python, SQL, JSON, and ETL methods.Competence in debugging data issues, troubleshooting APIs, and conducting root cause analysis.Familiarity with integration technologies, including EDI, Web Services, XML, Java, and .Net.Desirable Skills/ExperienceAnalyzing and transforming ATS data.Educational Requirement: BS/BA Degree.Ready to make an impact?
