Maternity Cover Role Purpose:·A Corporate Supply Manager will act as the day-to-day owner of Corporate Car Supply Relationships with designated accounts and ensure CarTrawler has the appropriate supply base to capitalise on both existing and future demand. ·Proactively work with corporate car suppliers to ensure they have sufficient data and market context to continue to be successful. ·Responsible for global brand performance including product development and ensuring that the content which customers have available to them is of a consistently excellent standard. Reporting to: Senior Supply Team ManagerMain accountabilities and key tasks:Build effective, professional and long-term relationships with the corporate brand(s) Maintain and improve supplier relationships including quarterly business reviews, meetings, attending tradeshows and visiting suppliers Lead the account management of supplier with overall responsibility for all aspects of the brand including contracting, commercials, growth, customer service and billingEnsure supply content, availability and rates for each brand is at a minimum on par with our competitorsWork closely with the Senior Supply Team Manager to reach an agreement on efficient rebate structures and commercialsEnsure all corporate contracts are in date and plan for future contract evaluations in advance of the contract expiry dateEstablish two-way information sharing with our suppliers, particularly with regards to market insightsUse data driven insights to find opportunities to collaborate with the car suppliersWork closely with the Supply Product & Operations team to ensure consistent display of contentWork closely with the Supply Analytics team to provide insight and feedback on our supplier reporting, analytics and product workstreams Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the supplier’s voice is heard, well understood and actively factored into relevant decisions.Collaborate on projects within the supply team and in the broader CarTrawler business to drive, develop and implement best practice.Critical Interfaces:Trading Team – regular liaison with the Trading Squads to ensure partner/customer supply needs are being serviced and anticipatedSupply Product & Operations – work closely regarding supplier Content Data Quality work, supplier product innovation and supplier reporting/analytics.Insurance Supply: Work closely on the potential of engaging corporate suppliers on supplier insurance and investigation into a customer insurance claimCustomer Centre of Excellence & Finance: 2-way stream of communication to establish and maintain process and procedures to ensure supplier brand ids being maintained and all accounts are up to date.Knowledge and Experience:Previous account management experience in a similar account management role with positive relationship building and communication skills Professional Qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, Legal Qualification etc) a benefit but not a necessityProven commercial negotiation experience and skillsCommercial awareness regarding contracts – familiarity with key contract terms and commercial structures Strong numeracy and analytical skills – either through professional experience or your educational qualificationsA process-driven individual with strong attention to details & ability to understand financial and commercial indicators.Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross functional environmentAbility to prioritise tasks based on relative importance and vitalityContributes innovative ideas and supports Ability to collaborate with various teams across the organisation.
