Business Development Specialist with German

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office after initial training)

What You’ll Do
* Drive Growth: Identify and create sales-qualified opportunities, helping prospects understand how our product can transform their business.
* Innovative Sourcing: Proactively discover new opportunities using state-of-the-art technology and creative strategies.
* Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects and seamlessly pass them over to Account Executives for closing.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate impactful, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Performance Tracking: Stay on top of daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, ensuring steady progress.
* Multi-Channel Engagement: Engage potential clients through diverse channels like phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Sales Goals: Consistently hit and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the team.
* Product Advocacy: Be a passionate advocate of the company’s product and services, assessing the perfect fit for both parties.
* Product Expertise: Quickly become an expert in the company’s offerings, staying informed about the latest updates and services.
What You Bring
* Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Sales Passion: A burning desire to excel in sales and build a successful career in the field.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in B2B/Business Development Representative roles, especially within SaaS environments.
* Tech-Savvy: Experience with Salesforce is a bonus but not mandatory.
* Mindset: A growth mindset, open to feedback, and eager for continuous improvement.
* Attention to Detail: Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to manage details effectively.
