Client Facing Producer/Project Manager (Events)
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in day-to-day project management for events.
This role is responsible for managing multiple client and agency projects on-time and on-budget while working as a critical creative fulfillment resource with external production partners. The position requires collaboration with internal stakeholders from marketing, creative, development, and account service departments, as well as outside partners and specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with marketing partners to refine creative briefs alongside account managers.
* Develop detailed project plans for new initiatives, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
* Ensure creative deliverables are produced on schedule and within budget constraints.
* Manage and communicate project milestones throughout the lifecycle, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Skill Requirements:
* A proven track record in managing creative/marketing projects from kick-off to final launch.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively in challenging situations.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and collaboration.
Experience Requirements:
* 8+ years of professional experience, ideally within a design or advertising agency.
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
