Job description
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage office and workshop bin production on a daily basis.
2. Contact customers to set up delivery schedule.
3. Allocate work to installation crews.
4. Allocate work to Bin delivery driver.
5. Draw up daily workplan and add to weekly operations plan.
6. Assist in managing, recording and following up on customer enquiries received by phone and in person in a timely manner.
7. Assist and support sales team.
8. Add order received onto computerised system Intact IQ to allow production to be scheduled.
9. Prepare completed sales for sales invoicing.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in an operational business environment.
2. Experience within the Agri Sector an advantage but not essential.
Skills & Abilities
1. Good mathematical and numerical skills.
2. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Effective phone manner.
5. Capable of working on own initiative.
6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

9. Computer literate (excellent knowledge of MS Office required).
