Reporting to the Managing Solicitor, the role will involve providing administrative legal support to the in-house legal team.Job ResponsibilitiesRelevant previous experience having worked as a Legal Executive in personal injury litigation.Capability to proactively push files along including drafting and filing pleadings, retaining/instructing expert witnesses, under instruction.Ability to brief Counsel in relation to all matters including Motions.Capability to prepare files for trial including ensuring briefs are issued and up to date, disclosure provisions are in full compliance and expert witnesses are in attendance or on stand-by.An ability to prioritise work, manage diaries, multi-task when necessary and problem solve.EducationRelevant professional or third-level qualification, preferably in Legal Studies, with experience in personal injury litigation essential.ExperienceAdvanced MS Office Skills.Proficiency in case management systems.Fast and accurate audio typing skills.Strong attention to detail.Excellent time management, written and oral skills.A professional approach with an energetic and proactive attitude.BenefitsWe will reward you with:21 days annual leave plus bank holidays and public holidays.A generous monthly lunch allowance.Discounted insurance products.Discounted health care.Annual Bonus Scheme.This position is being offered on a permanent contract, working in a hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 days working remotely, subject to change depending on business needs).
