We are looking for AI Safety Annotators for the Irish, British, and Australian Markets to join one of our Clients/Partners in a long-term project that will make a genuine impact in people’s lives.
As an AI Safety Annotator, your role will be to create, assess, and improve a large language model, while reviewing a set of guidelines, creating sample prompts, and responses in your area of expertise. Please note that you will have to deal with SENSITIVE CONTENT; therefore, a certain level of maturity and emotional balance is required.
Amongst your tasks & responsibilities, you will:
1. Annotate data accurately and consistently in accordance with predefined guidelines;
2. Evaluate the quality of existing data resources, as well as the output of internal tools;
3. Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation and organization;
4. Perform basic research as needed to annotate accurately;
The ideal candidate will have:
1. C2 level of English (both in writing & speaking);
2. Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure role in a constantly changing business environment;
3. A passion for social media, with enthusiasm, professionalism, assertiveness, and motivation to take charge of development and improvement;
4. A strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills;
This is a full-time permanent position, with a request to work FULLY from the South of Dublin Offices; NO hybrid or remote roles! Please note that there is a LIMITED number of DAY shift roles, but a great availability of EVENING shift positions. Additionally, the role involves dealing with sensitive content. Salary is in line with the current market, and on top of the basic, there is a performance bonus to be earned, plus a large amount of benefits and perks.
