We have an exciting opportunity to join Yoplait Ireland Sales team as a Category, Customer, Consumer Manager reporting into Head of Sales for Ireland. While helping to drive performance of Yoplait products within multiple Irish customers you will gain valuable experience in collaboration, sales & category as well as exposure to other aspects of the business (sales, marketing and supply chain).

CATEGORY - Develop Category Insights for Customer and Yoplait
* Engaging customer directly on customer & category plans i.e planograms (Top 3 retailers)
* Provide external insight on competitors, listing, delisting & space opportunities
CUSTOMER - Is our Market Data Leader
* Data management of all sources
* Provide internal insight on competitors and listing / delisting opportunities
* Track all Yoplait and competitor publicly available pricing and promotional plans
* For development and integration, opportunity to directly manage a customer
CONSUMER - Delivers Qualitative Consumer Insights
* Consolidates qualitative data for Marketing Manager
* Support Marketing Manager on who buys what, where and when
* Lead consumer project on competition understanding
* Assists Marketing Manager on NPD insight, building trade story
Position Criteria
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong continuous improvement mindset
* Proactive approach and able to work autonomously but with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft office package)
* Experience in the food industry (desirable)
