Site Manager Project Residential
We are a leading Contractor specialising in the construction of quality residential projects. We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising various fit out projects as required by the business. You will oversee commercial and residential projects, managing manpower on site including direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
* Host weekly meetings to update senior management and clients on project progress.
* Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
* Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.
Requirements
* A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification.
* Applicants must have experience delivering a social housing development in Northern Ireland.
* A minimum of 5 years proven experience working as a Site Manager with a Contractor in NI or ROI.
* Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
* Clean Drivers license.
Preferred Skills
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Suite including Project).
