My client, a growing SME based in Blanchardstown, has a requirement for an accounts technician or part qualified accountant with a strong finance background.

Resolve incoming queries from customers to secure payment.
Process sales invoices daily.
Issue statements to customers monthly.
Manage accounts and direct debit facility.
Manage Procure Wizard.
Record daily bank receipts.
Assist with monthly/yearly accounts.
Ad hoc projects, as necessary.
Track communication with customers on overdue accounts.
Liaise with our internal sales teams to chase debt.
What Skills You Need2-3 years' experience in a busy accounts environment.
At least 3 years credit control experience.
Experience using Microsoft Navision is advantageous.
A proven track record in achieving targets.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.
Competency to work both on an individual basis and as part of a team.
Coming from an SME background.
Accounts reconciliation experience.
Some AP experience.
