The role is broad, collaborative, and requires excellent communication and organisational skills.Key responsibilities include managing change, incident, and risk processes, policy and vendor management, budget and cost control, asset and procurement management, security awareness training, compliance, and business continuity planning.This role involves significant administrative and documentation tasks to ensure compliance and the continued delivery of IT services. It requires continuous collaboration with all other IT teams and several other business departments and groups.The IT Operations Manager will have full ownership and management of the assigned IT responsibilities, working closely with the IT Director and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.The IT Operations Manager will report directly to the IT Director and will use weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics to ensure continued delivery and compliance of IT services.Key Responsibilities & Duties: Lead change management processes to ensure seamless IT transitions with minimal disruption.
