Job Title: Sales Administrator
We are presently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work closely with our in-house sales team, offering competitive sales quotations for various projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail and the ability to price jobs correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete quotation concisely on SAGE system from onsite survey documents.
* Inform customers of technical aspects of products being sold.
* Provide exceptional customer service.
* Refer to product codes within SAGE to complete quotations.
* Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
* Submit weekly quotation activity and analysis to management.
* Stay updated on new technologies and continuously update knowledge.
* Work with management to ensure adherence to sales processes across the company.
* Collaborate with management to improve existing sales workflows and implement changes across the organization.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Strong knowledge of home improvement products.
* Ability to accurately price projects.
* Proficiency in basic software and IT skills.
* Qualification in home improvements, construction, or related topics is desirable.
This is a full-time position based in Tralee, County Kerry. The successful candidate can expect a salary in the region of €35,000.
