Job Title: Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction and management of a multi-phase development project in the Midlands Area.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have responsibility for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of the project, including full control over construction activities and sub-contract packages related to time, cost, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage the construction of high-quality residential and commercial developments across several counties, including Laois, Kildare, and Carlow.
* To oversee all site activities, including supervision of contractors and subcontractors, to ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
* To work closely with the Project Director to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* To identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project's progress or profitability.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with a leading property developer.
* Strong knowledge of construction practices, laws, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions.
