Supporting the Front of House Manager, the management of client expectations is at the forefront of all you undertake.
With the ability to engage and create a welcoming environment, you will support and guide customers through a seamless transaction of collecting and returning their motorhomes.
Responsibilities Uphold all aspects of customer service, to include: Issue pre-hire emails to notify customers of requirements for hireVerify validity for drive hire through DVLA, driver's license and passport checks and follow up where necessaryScheduling vehicle collection times via telephone and emailRespond to general enquiries via telephone and email ahead of client collectionsConducting final checks on all vehicles to ensure they are ready for hire, ensuring all additional extras purchased are loaded into vehicleMeet & Greet clientsResponsible for the complete handover of the motorhome to the customer from start to finish, including obtaining the necessary documents, upselling shop items, taking payments, explaining rental agreement and providing a full tour of the motorhomeResponsible for inspecting and checking the vehicle on return from hire, including taking payment for all chargeable items and dealing with accident and damage scenariosResolve customer issues directly with limited requirement for escalation to head office teamEnsure all lost property is logged and returned to customers or dealt with appropriatelyCollecting client feedbackGeneral reception duties to include:- Weekly recording of stock take
- Coffee machine re-stock & clean
- Shop re-stock
Person Specification Knowledge of customer service principles and practicesPossess a friendly and engaging personality along with a confident mannerConflict resolution skillsGood data entry and typing skills, paired with knowledge of I.T & Microsoft packagesCommitment to delivering a high level of customer service - demonstrating business focus and a desire to succeed beyond what is expectedResilient and flexible and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic demanding environmentGood attention to detailFlexibility to respond to a variety of work situationsFull driver's license with more than 2 years driving experienceJob Types: Full-time, Fixed term
