This full-time role requires strong technical skills and a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities: Day-to-day IT support across all departments.
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and applications (including MICROS POS & Oracle Opera).
Server administration (WS2016+), network management, and security.
AV system maintenance.
Mentoring junior staff.
SOP development and maintenance.
Requirements: 2-3 years' experience in IT support (hospitality preferred).
Third-level IT qualification.
Expertise in Windows 11 Pro, Active Directory, firewalls, and virtualization.
Experience with Veeam Backup.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Full driver's license.
