The Role will Include
* Positive contribution to the Meeting & Events sales team, working well within the team.
* Dealing with initial enquiries and sending out quotations.
* Managing daily amendments.
* Drawing up and dispatching contracts for business.
* Updating and maintaining client files in accordance with hotel standards.
* Coordinating meetings with clients for final details.
* Following through on own bookings from enquiry to completion stage.
* Chasing all decision dates and updating activity reports.
* Endeavouring to meet budgets in all relevant areas.
* Maximizing revenue in relation to average customer spend by upselling on menus.
* Ensuring guest satisfaction by responding to requests and enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
