Application management, vendor management, continuous improvement and service delivery are all part of the role. Helping IT in Tara to align with ITIL work processes for service delivery.Continuously reviewing the systems that Tara are using and ensuring that they are suitable for the needs of the business and that alternatives are evaluated. The holder also has a good understanding of the overall system landscape in Tara and Boliden and recommends improvements to Tara’s landscape and overall architecture.The role is part of the wider IT Team in Tara and will also be expected to help in other areas that may be outside of the scope defined within. Cybersecurity is of utmost importance to Tara and the holder of this role considers what is best for Tara’s Cybersecurity posture in all implementations.Your Job – your tasks will include:Application management (lifecycle, support, etc)Owning, managing, and coordinating application implementation projectsService-Desk coordinationWorkplace coordinationService Delivery (ITIL)System landscape managementAssist with training plans to ensure that end-users are sufficiently trained to use newly developed and implemented solutionsCross-functional and flexible work practicesPerforming other related duties as required by your supervisor including relief for other members of the team.
