Job Description
I'm currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator to cover a maternity leave contract in Dublin City Centre, starting early April for a minimum of 6 months.
This role will be fully office based in the head office in Dublin 2
Salary : €40,000
Location : Dublin City Centre - Onsite
Start Date: Beginning of April
What will I be doing?
1. Ensuring all administrative functions in the office are running smoothly
2. Ordering Office Supplies
3. Providing administrative support to the team
4. Liaising with office vendors and service providers
5. Based on reception area, greeting visitors and directing calls
6. Answering incoming email queries
7. Coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries
8. Booking travel and accommodation as required
9. Managing calendars
10. Onboarding new hires
11. Assisting with in-house and offsite events
12. Preparing for and coordinating internal meetings
What is required of me?
13. Previous experience in a similar role
14. Strong MS Office skills
15. Excellent organisational and time management skills
16. Full working authorisation in Ireland
17. Available to start work onsite at the beginning of April
18. Team player with excellent communication skills
