Senior Recruitment Consultant at HireForce
Our client, a rapidly expanding PLC, is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst to join their growing Commercial Team. In this role, you'll be a key player in managing commercial and legal relationships with a broad customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of customer pricing simulations and financial analysis
* Drafting and reviewing of complex commercial proposals and contracts for customers
* Dealing directly with customers and senior company management
* Regularly presenting detailed analysis and commercial status to senior management
* Assisting with the management & analysis of large volume of contracts with global customers
* Review and negotiation of software licensing agreements, service agreements, and other legal documents for the company’s business
* Analysis of contractual terms in respect of internal and external queries
* Assisting with the development of scalable commercial processes
* Assisting with the integration of newly acquired companies
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with contract experience and exposure to senior management.
* Ability to handle complex commercial engagements and work collaboratively across different organizational levels.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to anticipate how changes in one area might impact other processes.
* A professional qualification in any field is preferred but not required.
