Servisource is currently recruiting an Administration Officer for a public sector.
Contract length: Temporary - 3 months
Salary: €27.49/h
Working hours: 35h/week from Monday to Friday

Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills
* Knowledge of the Irish healthcare system and experience working in a healthcare setting.
* Experience managing and prioritising high volume workloads to meet deadlines whilst ensuring compliance and accuracy.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
* Strong written communication skills.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills, including using computer technology effectively.
* The ability to manage deadlines and effectively handle multiple tasks.
* The ability to manage within allocated resources and respond to changes in a plan.
* The ability to appropriately analyse and interpret information, develop solutions, and contribute to decisions quickly and accurately.

* Support the administration of the Service as required by attending meetings and supporting Senior Managers.
* Knowledge of the National Financial Regulations and their practical application.
* Knowledge of Human Resources procedures, policies, and practices.
* Knowledge and experience of using IT databases.
* Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent minute-taking and note-writing skills.
* Experience delivering multiple concurrent pieces of work.
* Ensure that archives and records are accurate, maintained confidentially, and readily available when requested by Senior Management.
* Demonstrate numeracy skills and the ability to analyse and evaluate information, considering a range of critical factors in making effective decisions.
* Recognise when it is appropriate to refer decisions to a higher level of management.
* Research, collect, and collate data in preparing reports and submissions and draft documents for Senior Managers.
* Approval of annual leave and timesheets.
* Preparing Garda Vetting applications for Service Providers who apply via the National Contracts office.
