Project Administrator
CCIS The Conference Company is a leading international conference management company specialising in providing bespoke conference management, global experiences and delegate services to the International Healthcare Market & Multinational Corporate Organisations.
We are growing our team to meet the demands of our expanding business and are seeking a Project Administrator to join our team based at Shannon, Co. Clare. A qualified candidate should ideally have a minimum of two years’ experience working in the hospitality/events sector.
The position will be full-time and report to the General Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to join a dynamic organisation as it expands its footprint within Ireland and globally. The position is office based in Shannon, County Clare, and only candidates that are easily able to commute to this location should apply.
Responsibilities & Tasks (but not limited to):
1. Research and select suitable venues, negotiating contracts and rates to develop and manage event budgets for clients’ requirements.
2. Planning, organising, and executing meetings and events ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.
3. Processing documents and providing admin support to the Project Lead team.
4. Travelling to onsite locations to assist Project Lead manage events when required.
5. Managing admin functions and report on project progress.
6. Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
7. Evaluate and assess results of projects.
Skills Required:
1. Strong Customer Service experience.
2. Strong written and oral communication skills.
3. Ability to work within a team.
4. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to manage many tasks at the same time whilst meeting strict deadlines.
6. Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.

The Role:
1. Full time position 5 days a week predominantly Monday to Friday.
2. Office based at Shannon, County Clare.
3. Some travel will be involved nationally and internationally.
4. Salary negotiable subject to experience.
