Job Title: Account Manager
Company: Leading Global Professional Services Company based in Dublin, Ireland.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and help drive the rollout of our unique digital marketing advertising solution to the EU Market for a popular social media company.
As an Account Manager, you will create new relationships with small to medium and large-sized businesses within the specific market and showcase how they can build brand awareness and increase product sales using our digital marketing advertising solutions and analytics.
You will work collaboratively with clients to ensure significant results as part of their digital campaigns by teaching them all the tools and features that our platform has to offer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a high volume of accounts both new and existing.
* Retain and grow revenue within your accounts.
* Gain an understanding of our partners' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.
* Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns.
* Upsell cross-sell activate existing and new account.
* Establish clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts including entering campaign goals KPIs associated with CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, etc.
* Manage a large number of campaigns maintaining relationships with advertisers to ensure they are meeting their objectives.
Requirements:
* Fluency in French language (reading, writing, speaking and comprehension).
* Previous sales experience with a year-long track record of creating relationships with businesses and helping them achieve their goals.
* Proven sales target achievement history.
* Marketing experience is a plus.
