Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management: Effectively lead, organize, and communicate with a team of merchandisers to achieve overall client objectives.
2. Coverage and Targets: Achieve specified coverage within a set call file by managing the weekly roster and leave arrangements.
3. Maintenance of Client Standards: Oversee and ensure the completion of all merchandising, auditing, and in-store sampling activities in allocated stores.
4. Communication and Strategy: Foster effective communication with Brand Representatives in the area to develop sales and team strategies.
Requirements
* Proven experience in team management within the merchandising industry.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to analyze data, set targets, and drive performance improvements.
* Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in merchandising and auditing.
