UK Director - Cost Management
You will lead highly experienced teams and be responsible for managing all aspects of client development and oversight of large-scale data centre projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role involves using your client relationship and business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients through partnership and trust. You will also oversee comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Development:
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with your team internally and the client senior management and stakeholders.
* Oversee comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Team Management:
* Lead, mentor, and manage project teams on continuous improvement techniques and standard methods for reporting results.
* Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Budget and Cost Management:
* Oversee comprehensive project budgets.
* Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency and address any discrepancies.
Stakeholder Management:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
* Maintain strong relationships and provide regular updates on project progress.
We would love to hear from you if you have experience in data centre construction with higher levels of leadership and people management, a degree or comparable experience in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or another construction-related discipline, and are Chartered or a member of a registered construction affiliate board/society (SCSI/RICS).
The estimated salary for this position is £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
