Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Job Description
We are recruiting for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support an educational institution on an immediate start basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Research Office legal team by overseeing contract review and execution, ensuring effective communication with the research community.
* Respond to researcher inquiries concerning contract reviews and grant initiations.
* Implement and monitor post-award workflows to ensure timely contract review progression.
* Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts and related communications, maintaining efficient document management systems.
* Demonstrate a broad skillset in office administration, data management, and familiarity with university online platforms.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* At least two years of experience providing high-level administrative support in a busy office environment.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize complex tasks and deadlines.
* Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to effectively interact with various internal stakeholders.
* Capacity to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate across different teams.
* Proven experience managing large-scale, time-sensitive projects.
