Work with manufacturing and engineering teams on business process mapping, data science, user story creation, and agile solution development (proof-of-concepts, MVPs, full solutions)Work in a team of data scientists, engineers and analysts both from inside and outside the company, as well as with our global colleagues throughout AmgenAdopt Agile SCRUM development methodology in developing solutionsDevelop and support AI and Machine Learning solutions using Python, machine learning models, and Generative AICreate and enhance AI visualisations for end usersWhat we expect of you Required experience and skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Similar and 5+ years of total experience with 4+ years of relevant development and design experienceSelf-motivated individual with demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and technologies, work multi-functionally in teams (internal and external)Working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environmentStrong written and oral communication skillsFluency in written and spoken EnglishStrong experience in business analysis, process mapping, and data analytics / data scienceExpertise in programming languages, mainly SQL, Python and JavaScriptAbility to quickly assimilate knowledge of new platforms, languages, tools and technologiesGood communicator and analytical skillsExperience in analysing (large) data setsRecent experience with Generative AI and/or computer vision or other machine learning algorithms is a plusExperience working with Cloud solutions (AWS preferred)Preferred experience and skills:
Experience working with big data platforms (Databricks preferred)Background in pharmaceutical engineering or manufacturingContinuous improvement methodology (i.e.
LEAN, Kaizen, etc.)
