We are seeking an ambitious and innovative individual to work with us on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, daytime.

You will be part of a passionate team creating outstanding culinary experiences for Compass Group Ireland.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
* Identify opportunities to enhance our food service
* Maintain a positive kitchen environment where your team feels valued and supported
* Support the team in delivering our food concepts to customers
* Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image
* Assist with ordering food, stock control, and minimizing waste
* Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to ensure hygiene standards are met
* Collaborate with the team to manage budgets and meet financial targets
* Comply with Food Handling and Hygiene regulations
* Adhere to Health and Safety protocols
