HR Administrator / Plant Operations Specialist
Purpose of Job:
The HR Administrator / Plant Operations Specialist will assist in the day-to-day operations and employee support of the Manufacturing Site.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
* Manage customer visits, including site tours and coordination with contractors and contingent workers.
* Support supervisors in headcount planning, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
* Manage supplies essential to operation, provide administrative support to the Plant Manager, and coordinate key employee events.
* Enhance employee onboarding experience by overseeing induction, IT onboarding activities, site tour, team and management introductions.
* Support operations supervisors in absence management, disciplinary hearings, and fairness adherence to company values and policies.
* Manage the Operations Time Management System for Bi Weekly payroll reporting.
* Support in the Operations Development Assignment Process and PO Process on Oracle for Plant Operations.
Education / Experience:
* Past experience within a similar role or manufacturing, medical devices, administration, or customer service sectors would be desirable.
* Bachelor's degree in business/HR or related discipline would be desirable.
* Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to establish effective relationships at all levels, high level of personal motivation, and strong computer skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, keenness to learn, adapt, and grow with the organization, and familiarity of working in a regulated environment.
