Our client, an architectural practice, is currently recruiting a Senior Architectural Technologist/Senior Building Surveyor for the Monaghan location to work on commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead team and mentor junior staff.
2. Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and standards.
3. Manage and deliver projects within budget and time constraints.
4. Develop and produce detailed technical drawings, schedules, and specifications.
Requirements:
1. Extensive REVIT experience and ability to lead transition from CAD to BIM.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
