Full-Time Administrator for the IPU NHPC TeamThe IPU National Health Products Catalogue (NHPC) Department is looking to hire an administrator to work five days a week.
The job involves helping with the upkeep and improvement of the IPU NHPC, a crucial database for Irish Pharmacies that contains information on medicines and related products.
This role is perfect for a person who is eager to learn, pays close attention to detail, and is interested in seeing pharmacy from a new angle.
While you will receive full training for the job, it's important that you already know how to use Microsoft Office.
The post holder will be responsible for:
Coordinate with companies and agents to verify correct product listings in the IPU NHPC.Review price adjustments, additions, and product discontinuations by comparing new lists with current records; address discrepancies directly with companies and update the database daily.Provide information, advice, and support on product-related issues to both members and colleagues.A full job description is available upon request.
