Our client seeks a Country Manager, reporting directly to the CEO and part of the Senior Management Team.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic vision and plans for gardencare business on IOI in line with company objectives and ambition.
* Own business development, profitability, and growth.
* Lead and coach Area Managers with clarity, direction, and momentum to achieve business objectives.
* Establish annual budgets for revenues and gross margin with delivery.
* Strong self-starter with sound business awareness, able to assess key business priorities and deliver results.
* Identify new customer and sales channel opportunities.
* Credible business presence, excellent negotiation skills, and strong relationships with customers.
* Work closely with Marketing Manager to execute annual marketing plans.
* Collaborate with Technical Director and team to identify new product opportunities.
* Be a key member of the innovation team.
* Analytical approach to business building, using fact-based decision making.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
* Organised administrator, balancing multiple role aspects.
* Drive, ambition, and ability to make significant contributions.

Experience:
* 5+ years senior commercial experience, preferably in horticultural, garden centre, or FMCG sector.
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
* Demonstrable career achievements and evidence of business growth in challenging environments.
* Valid driving license.
