We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a CSU Advisor. This role is ideal for those who take pride in their customer service skills and are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
Your Duties:

Your Profile:
* Essential: Four GCSEs or equivalent qualification, including English & Maths, plus at least one year of relevant customer service experience.
* Candidates Must Demonstrate: Direct delivery of relevant customer service to the public via telephone or face-to-face.
* Experience in dealing appropriately with customers in a challenging environment.
* Proficiency in using computer packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook etc.
* Ability to actively listen.
* Attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of a service or product.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Customer focus and empathy.

Additional Information:
* Full-time position.
* Temporary contract initially (13 weeks).
* 37 hours per week, 09:00 am-05:00 pm.
