Job Title: Retail Services Administrator
The Retail Services Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Retail Account Manager in overseeing facilities operations. This position requires strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage planned maintenance, reactive issues, and remedial work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day facilities services across multiple sites.
* Track and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensure timely service delivery.
* Work closely with the service desk, technical teams, and external contractors.
* Monitor and report on compliance with health and safety requirements.
* Ensure reactive maintenance tasks are completed promptly and reported.
* Maintain strong client relationships and provide updates on service status.
* Process purchase orders, quotations, and reports using CAFM systems.
* Handle general administrative and facilities-related queries.

* Previous experience in a similar facilities role.

Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
