Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee and manage a reception/reservations, concierge team and everyday duties for a busy hotel reception and reservations department.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience as Front Office Manager, with a proven track record of managing a reception/reservations team within a 4*/5* hotel environment.
Key responsibilities include ensuring a seamless guest experience upon check-in and departure and during their stay, overseeing everyday operations in a hospitality environment with Front of House Management and front office department.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience as Front Office Manager
* Proven track record of managing a reception/reservations team within a 4*/5* hotel environment
* Commercially and customer focused with absolute attention to detail
* Exceptional Leadership, Reception, Communication, Organisation and Time Management skills
* Able to work on own initiative and equally able to work as part of the overall hotel management team
* Proficient with Office Suite, Opera or Hotsoft, Hotel booking engines and CRMS
* Flexible as this role includes working early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
Package:
* Competitive Salary of between €40,000 – €50,000 Per Annum dependent on experience and qualifications
