Job Description:
The Projects Manager will oversee the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of capital improvement projects and operational projects.
Key areas of responsibility include planning and managing projects, coordinating project scope, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management, as well as collaborating with external stakeholders.
A centralized digital data room will be established to store and manage key engineering documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a recognized qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
A skilled user of engineering software, project management tools, MS Office, and BIM System is required. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
