As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and managing the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure student satisfaction and loyalty
3. Manage the sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve sales targets while maintaining own sales targets
4. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
5. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
6. Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
8. Proven track record of successful sales management and achieving sales targets
9. Strong leadership and team management skills
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
13. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques
14. Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
