The Role:
* Provide Administration Support to a team of Mortgage Advisors
* Manage a pipeline of Mortgage Applications from AIP through to drawdown
* Following up on the Loan conditions for closings
* Fulfilling all conditions for issue of funds
* Liaising with Mortgage Consultants, Clients, Lenders & Solicitors
* Ensuring smooth and timely completion of mortgages
* Ensuring Clients queries are answered and that on-going updates provided, supporting them through the mortgage process
* Ensuring CRM and Clients files are kept up to date at all times
* Manage phone calls and emails as necessary
About You:
* 2+ years' administrative experience within the Mortgage Industry
* Experience dealing with multiple lenders completion process would be advantageous
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* The ability to meet deadlines in a fast moving and demanding environment
* Work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail and be good at multi-tasking
* Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook, use of CRM systems
* Team player with attention to detail and an ability to work on own initiative
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to communicate at all levels on a day-to-day basis
* Hold the QFA qualification or be working towards same
