We are seeking to appoint a LCVSales Executive, at our Ford Commercial Campus in Swords. The right candidate will be a seasoned sales professional responsible for driving sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and building strong client relationships. The candidate will identify new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships. Role responsibilities: Selling new and used vehicles through a consultative, brand-focused sales process Building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospective clients Achieving monthly and annual sales targets for vehicles and accessories Promoting finance, insurance, and value-added products Making proactive outbound sales calls to generate new business Following up on leads, inquiries, and customer database marketing Delivering engaging and professional presentations when required Working closely with the sales team to meet dealership KPIs Assist and advise customers via telephone, online and face to face. Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Identify potential fleet customers and prepare sales presentations and quotations. Coordinate vehicle conversions in accordance with customer requirements and deal with 3rd party providers. Utilise the Group dealer management system (DMS) to process orders and invoice customers. Help to maintain showroom and vehicle displays. Monitor vehicle stocks and orders to ensure timely delivery to customers. Stock updates online with photographs and videos. Keep pricing and point of sale up to date. Adhere to vehicle delivery processes including supervision of valeting and handover. Customer follow up to ensure satisfaction with vehicle, process and maintenance. Engage with marketing and promotion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have: Experience working in a busy LCV sales department at a main franchise dealer is essential A good knowledge of LCV motor vehicles and a have a technical background with the ability to interpret a complex LCV sales catalogue. Existing customer contacts. Knowledge of vehicle conversions and providers of services. The ability to work alone or in cooperation with other team members to deliver excellent customer service. Focus on sales targets and completion of tasks in allotted times in accordance with Company and manufacturer standards. Computer literacy and ability to follow processes in accordance with the Group dealer management system (DMS). Good time keeping and a strong work ethic. Exceptional organisational, and process management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
