Job Description
We are seeking a Change Manager for an initial 6-month contract with a large, globally recognized client based in Dublin. The successful candidate will execute organizational change management initiatives and help teams implement change within predicted cost, time, and quality estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverages expertise to develop and maintain a sustainable change infrastructure with standardized methods and procedures to ensure efficient adoption of changes.
* Supports development and maintenance of change management content and training.
* Prepares and holds regular check-ins with programs and projects to highlight learnings, facilitate cross-team collaboration, provide guidance, and maintain quality across change management efforts.
* Carrries out comprehensive Business Impact Assessments.
* Facilitates Change Management workshops and meetings.
* Creates Business Change Management Plans.
* Tracks progress against programme plans.
* Supports the delivery of change into the organisation through 'best practice' project, programme and change management.
Key Requirements:
* 10 years of experience building and leading change management organizations.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* A self-starter and motivator.
* Excellent working knowledge of Change Management and how to deliver it end to end.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
* Ability to influence others at all levels and move toward a common vision or goal.
