About the Role: As Director, Global Demand Generation, you will:
1. Develop and refine Sitecore’s data-informed global demand generation strategy including full funnel, omnichannel campaign development, and execution for both net new and customer retention & expansion.
2. Take an end-to-end view of demand generation, ensuring we deliver the right mix of programs throughout the funnel to meet awareness, engagement, pipeline, revenue and customer retention and expansion goals.
3. Set and execute on audience segmentation strategy, based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), marketing priorities,focused industries, and business objectives. Ensure that campaigns are developed and executed to maximise success across priority territories and segments.
4. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and channel mix and measure performance to meet or exceed pipeline, revenue, and ROI targets.
5. Drive a culture of continuous improvement in the team and wider business to elevate Sitecore’s global demand generation and marketing practices.
6. Collaborate with field marketing, partner marketing, brand, web and SEO teams to ensure effective cross-functional delivery of account-based marketing and demand generation programs.
7. Work closely with Operations, Field and SDR teams to ensure tight alignment on target accounts, lead and pipeline quality and measurable outcomes.
8. Share expertise and drive process improvement and best practices in the use of marketing technology to deliver on demand generation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
9. ABM Strategy:Refine and implement our global ABM strategy to reach and engage strategic accounts. Ensure consistency throughout buyer journey and customer lifecycle. Successfully enmesh account-based programs within our broader demand generation strategies.
10. Campaign Management: Oversee global campaign development and team, ensuring we create impactful marketing campaigns that excite and engage target audiences and are tightly aligned with our GTM and business goals.
11. Paid Media Strategy:Oversee the global paid media strategy and team to ensure campaigns deliver high quality pipeline through paid channels. Drive exceptional alignment between paid, owned and organic channels to ensure smooth and engaging experiences throughout the buyer journey.
12. Email and Nurture program leadership: Manage the email and nurture strategy and team to engage prospects and customers through targeted email campaigns and always-on, multichannel nurture programs.
What You Need to Succeed:
13. Proven experiencee leading demand generation, ABM, and campaign strategyin a globallydistributed enterprise B2B marketing team.
14. Ability to translate business and marketing goals into program strategies that deliver on pipeline and revenue targets.
15. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to unify, manage and inspire specialist teams.
16. Ability to see the big picture without losing sight of the tactical details.
17. Skills in building and segmentingaudiences using account- and persona-based information to deliver highly relevant and intelligent marketing programs.
18. Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results.Data fluency, with the capabilities to dive into the metrics, as well as the ability to condense and communicate successes, improvements and recommendations to leadership.
19. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
20. Test-and-learn mindset.
21. A deep understanding of how enterprise marketing technology (Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense etc) can be orchestrated to deliver intelligent, integrated marketing programs.
Additional skills and experience that could set you apart:
22. Experience of managing anABM toolset (6sense, Demandbase or similar) in Primary Administrator or Administrator role.
23. Experience working in a revenue marketing team in B2B SaaS.
24. Experience in MarTech industry and/or marketing to marketers.
