Our services include HR Advice, on-site HR, HR Project Management, Third Party Representation, Strategic HR Initiatives and Mentoring and Training.PURPOSE OF YOUR JOBThis role will serve as a Senior ER/IR Associate for our client organisations focusing on the Leinster and Dublin regions. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Team to provide a comprehensive and professional HR service to a portfolio of client organisations delivering expertise in all aspects of Human Resources and Employment Legislation.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREASDeliver Corporate HR Ireland's business model to achieve the business objectives and consistently drive performance.Work with the HR Team to ensure an effective HR service is delivered to clients.Support and advise client organisations on all operational HR matters ensuring they are equipped with the tools and support they require to remain compliant with Employment Legislation and all of their HR obligations.Contribute strongly to building a high-performance culture, working closely with the Management team and the wider HR group.Manage complex HR issues (recruitment, ER issues, succession planning, HR compliance etc.) within your assigned client ensuring those organisations are supported to the fullest extent possible.Oversee employee tribunals and represent client organisations in third party forums as and when required in accordance with guidelines and legislation, with support from the wider team.Build and manage relationships with clients to ensure good working relationships exist that support business delivery.Maintain a broad knowledge of HR best practice so that the business can benefit from new market trends and developments within the HR profession.Monthly reporting on all of the above to the Management Team.Participate in any HR projects as required.Any other duties as may be required.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS5 plus years’ experience in a similar hands-on role.Third level qualification in Human Resources.Strong working knowledge of Irish Employment Legislation.Excellent relationship building/customer service skills.Experience in workplace investigations including industrial relations and employment relations.Fluent written and spoken English.Experience of dealing with a fast-paced environment managing busy workloads.Excellent presentation and administrative skills.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Ability to work both remotely and in the office as part of a hybrid model.Ability to work on own initiative.Available to travel throughout Ireland if and when required.A full clean driving license and access to a car.DESIRABLEMembership of the CIPD.Experience in professional services.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Co Kildare: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Co KildareApplication deadline: 17/01/2025
