An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Packaging Technician Intern to join the AOM Packaging Engineering Team in Henkel Ireland, Tallaght, Dublin 24. What you´ll do Supporting the execution of new packaging development projects.Laboratory testing, inspecting, measuring & report writing.General business support.Ensuring fulfilment of performance, quality requirements for new and existing packaging.Supporting circular economy and sustainability target achievement.Support to cross-functional teams to achieve the completion of new technology and innovations.
What makes you a good fitDegree or equivalent in Design, Mechanical or Polymer Engineering.Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes for packaging.Knowledge and application of design, prototyping and manufacturing methodologies.Open minded and motivated individual with desire to learn.Strong IT skills; familiarity with Microsoft Packages.
