A large property in Mayo, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to lead and elevate the digital operations. About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for the implementation of the company’s overall digital marketing and e-commerce strategy to achieve business objectives. The role focuses on managing the online brand presence across multiple platforms, increasing brand awareness and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive revenue growth across all revenue streams, including rooms, conference and events, food & beverage outlets and live acts.
2. Align digital initiatives with the business objectives and ensure maximum ROI from the digital marketing budget.
3. Identify emerging industry trends and best practices, attending industry events as necessary to represent the property and discover new digital opportunities.
4. Set and achieve KPIs for database growth, revenue generation, website sessions, and online conversions.
5. Analyse and report monthly digital performance metrics, using insights to inform strategy adjustments.
6. Conduct regular audits of the website and digital pathways to ensure optimisation.
7. Oversee content management for all websites, landing pages, and microsites, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the brand’s messaging.
8. Approve all online marketing collateral, ensuring it adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
9. Manage the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, segmenting effectively to maximise engagement and returns.
10. Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify opportunities for digital influence and execute strategies effectively.
Position Requirements:
1. A recognized qualification in Digital Marketing or Marketing.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, PPC, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
3. Proficiency in website management and analytics tools.
4. Proficiency in newsletter CRM solutions.
5. Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
6. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence across teams and stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in digital design tools.
8. Proficiency in Jira, Basecamp or other project management tools.
9. Proficiency in Google Analytics.
Salary dependent on experience, excellent package on offer.
This is a part time position, 3 days per week, with potential for full time.
No remote working is available with this role.
