I am delighted to work alongside a category leader in the Irish food scene who are in search of a technical lead to join their BRC AA facility.
This individual will be part of a core Quality and Technical team and will lead out the technical aspects of the site. The key areas they will support on are:
1. Supporting in the maintaining of the quality management system.
2. Preparing for and leading all external audits ie. BRC, Bord Bia, DAFM, Retail and other customer audits.
3. HACCP team leader.
4. Management of site's internal audits system.
5. Supplier approval and monitoring.
6. Maintaining all raw materials specifications and finished product specifications.
7. Completing on-line customer specifications e.g. Aldi, Lidl, Dunnes.
8. Completing all required customer paperwork.
9. Maintaining NPD paperwork and involvement in factory trials.
10. Approval of finished product artwork to ensure FIR compliance.
This role is supporting the Cooked Meats (Ready to Eat) part of the business, so previous experience in a High-Risk meats environment is essential (ideally 2 years +).
Location-wise, this role is commutable from Limerick / North Cork and west Tipperary.
