Job Purpose
To promote the development of independent living skills, and to assist service users in their daily living within a supported day service, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
What we’re looking for:
* Third-level graduate, Health & Social care or equivalent is desirable
* Attendance at training as deemed appropriate by the management of the service.
* Minimum 2 years previous experience of working with people with a disability.
* A full clean driving licence.
Your Responsibilities
* To collate assessment and intervention information and expertise for the purpose of developing an individualized community support service.
* To document information, update records, and complete necessary paperwork for communication and accountability purposes.
* To ensure all interaction with clients is approached with dignity, respect, equality and incorporates choice.

A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign.
Salary starting from point 1 €30,915.76 to point 5 €32,518.28 (pro rata), depending on experience.
