HR Compliance Administrator
The role of HR Compliance Administrator involves ensuring our client's compliance with local laws and regulations, particularly in relation to visa applications.
Duties:
* Manage the end-to-end application process for work permits, visas, and other related documentation.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient processing of applications.
* Maintain accurate records of visa and immigration documentation.
* Audit internal processes to ensure alignment with compliance standards.
* Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
* Provide status updates to stakeholders on application timelines.
* Work alongside the HR Manager and Global Mobility team to support business operations.
* Communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and external partners regarding compliance processes and requirements.
* Prepare regular reports on compliance activities and progress.
Essential Criteria:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Previous experience in a compliance-related role preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.
* Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
