Title: Technical Services Operations Manager
Location: Office-based position, Clonshaugh, Dublin North. No hybrid work arrangement.
Compensation: Negotiable (€65,000 - €80,000)

Requirements: Ideally, a trade background with a third-level qualification is preferred. A good track record in a similar role in Ireland will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company
- Coordinate all maintenance-related activities
- Administer and manage the helpdesk support team
- Oversee the overall administration of the service system
- Manage maintenance works schedule
- Manage re-active works schedule
- Assign workloads to engineers and manage their general performance
- Audit engineers' work
- Liaise with on-site staff and mobile engineers
- Manage and liaise with specialist sub-contractors
- Oversee small works projects
- Order and procure materials and services
- Review and oversee the service fleet
- Check supplier invoices where applicable
- Assist the office accounts department with invoices and billing
- Prepare reports, quotes, and site data
- Issue permits to work and method statements
- Provide H&S procedures and liaise with H&S personnel
- Attend site meetings and staff meetings
- Develop the company profile on-site with clients
- Liaise with client staff and building managers
- Report into management on all above-mentioned activities as required
- Attend review meetings with clients
- Prepare technical reports and quotes/proposals
